I am seeing more and more pastors, ministries and church people every week who are talking about the need for inner healing and deliverance from demons. It is exciting to see that people are finally waking up to realize that to enjoy peace in their minds and health in their bodies requires that they come out of agreement with the demons tormenting their minds and bodies. When we give demons legal rights through unforgiveness, pride and sin (and others in our blood lines can curse us through their own statements and willing actions) then we will never enjoy peace and joy no matter how much Christian music that we listen to, how much we fast, pray in tongues or prophesy. In fact we may not even make it into heaven unless we get delivered from the demons tormenting us so that we can actually have some good fruit:

Matthew 7:21-23

I Never Knew You

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

So many people who attend church still treat their loved ones horribly because they have not chosen to get healed from their past soul wounds and delivered from the demons tormenting their minds and bodies. The church has preached in the past that all it takes to make it to heaven is to ask Jesus into their hearts and then they are good to go. Then they forget about the needs for a person to actually have good fruit and a good heart which can only come about through forgiving people who have hurt them and casting the demons out from their soul (mind, will and emotions).

Galatians 5:16-26

Walking in the Spirit

16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

So more and more people in the world are waking up to realize that they must pursue getting healed from their past soul wounds and forgive all those who have hurt them and then commanding the demons to be gone. Humbling themselves from the pride that always comes to those who have been hurt in their pasts telling them not to trust anyone and that they must make all the decisions. Pride is from the spirit of Leviathan in Job 41. Verse 34 says that Leviathan is king over all the children of pride.

God looks upon the intent of our hearts and looks for good fruit. When you are hearing thousands of negative thoughts from demons every day you will not be able to have any peace or good fruit. The national science foundation did a study in 2005 that found that most people hear from 12,000 – 60,000 thoughts a day of which 80% of the thoughts are negative and 95% repetitive of the same thoughts they had the day before.

When we choose to forgive all those who have hurt us (realizing that hurting people hurt people and hearing demonic thoughts cause them to hurt us – and knowing that Jesus forgave all those who crucified him as His last words before dying – and that God says he can’t forgive us if we don’t forgive others) then that takes away the legal rights of demons to torment us and then we can command the demons to go from us. Then we will have a peaceful mind and can discern when the enemy tries to speak to us and take every demonic thought captive.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

So it’s truly an awesome sight to witness as more and more church people are reaching out for help in getting healed and delivered every month !!! Then they can truly enjoy their lives and see their relationships get healed. When marriages are saved instead of ending up in divorce then the parents can help their children get delivered from all the pain that was caused by their parents and entire families can enjoy freedom.
