GOD REWARDS YOU GREATLY FOR REFUSING TO BOW DOWN TO JEZEBEL
The Jezebel spirit can be in a woman or a man. Their goal is to get in positions of leadership and power in the church and ministries in order to control others who are actually godly and silence them to stop the Lord from accomplishing what He wants to do. Jezebels are also sent on assignment by Satan to try to marry godly men or women to make them bow down to them and stop them from doing what God wants.
They threaten, intimidate, lie, gossip, are extremely cunning and get very angry if you don’t do everything that they demand. They love to act like they are godly and play an innocent victim with the public all the while they are some of the most vile, prideful, wicked and evil humans on earth.
If they are a woman they will often dress in a conservative Proverbs 31 woman style yet always have a seductive side to them to get others to do what they want. If they are a man they are often charismatic and can seduce women by their words to submit to them. They will often be viewed as godly by most in the public eye and know lots of scripture. They are always sexually impure behind closed doors and have a very dark and evil cunning side. Jezebel threatens to instill fear in order to control their victims and get their way and most will bow down to them out of fear. Jezebels are used to getting their way as they are full of pride but their pride is their ultimate downfall.
I have had to battle several Jezebels in my life and what I learned is that when you stand up to them and refuse to bow down (not reading their threatening emails or texts or listening to their phone calls) then you will suffer some persecution from their flying monkeys and others who have Jezebel spirits in them but the Lord will have your back and ultimately bless you greatly for obeying Him. Often times God will give you a double blessing and much increased anointing when you overcome the stronger Jezebels.
Remember when Elijah stood up to Jezebel and even killed her 850 prophets of Baal and Asherah when he called fire down from heaven? When Jezebel is defeated by their targeted victims or loses a battle it causes the Jezebel person extreme anger because of all the many hours and months that they planned to take them down. So then when it ends up being a total waste of time having no effect except to see the Lord bless the Jezebel targets in even greater ways than before then it drives them more crazy than before. Jezebels hate it when they lose to godly people and eventually will suffer devastating consequences by the Lord. God will have your back.
Revelation 2:20-23 NKJV
“Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.”
