SIGNS YOU ARE ACTUALLY FIGHTING AGAINST GOD WHILE THINKING IT’S THE ENEMY
Remember when Paul was persecuting Christians thinking he was doing the will of God before he was blinded on the road to Damascus and had a come to Jesus meeting telling him to stop kicking against the goads then doing the will of God. Many Christians are actually fighting against the will of God thinking that God is on their side and that the enemy is coming against them. Following are some of the most common signs:
– You have constant restlessness
– You are extremely prideful thinking you know it all and God is using you to judge everyone else
– You never feel at peace
– You have vengeance towards others who won’t submit to your will
– Doors keep closing for you
– You have a consistent inner conviction that things just aren’t right but can’t admit that you could be the problem
– A lack of joy in everything
– You get angry and frustrated frequently
– You can be very jealous of truly godly people who are blessed and even can plot against them thinking God is on your side
– You disobey God and the Bible but your demons tell you that you are good
– You walk more in your flesh and justify staying in sin than walking in the fruit of the spirit
– You feel exhausted most of the time with constant worry / anxiety that people will find out your sins and evil
– Everything you plan fails
– You love to threaten and intimidate others to submit to you out of fear
– The Lord tries to convict you but you ignore Him
– You try to make connections instead of letting God connect you
– You hear hundreds of demonic thoughts every day but think you are hearing the Holy Spirit
– You experience constant stress
– You cause division and provoke others to strive
– You’re full of self pity
– You are stubborn and stiff-necked and prideful
– You behave sexually impure
– You refuse to truly repent for your sin
– Experience little to no sleep at night
– Can become sick frequently
– All your relationships are broken because of your over the top control but you think you were the victim instead of the cause
– Every positive prophetic word to you never comes to pass because you sabotage it
– You are very selfish
– You are unteachable
Jonah fought against God’s will in his life and was in the middle of a sea storm and thrown overboard and swallowed by a whale. Then he finally obeyed God and helped Nineveh to repent and change.
So how do you change to walking in the will of God in your life? Forgive everyone who has ever hurt you in your life from your heart. Repent for your pride and sin. Command demonic spirits to be gone from your soul. Walk in the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control). Also walk in humility and sexual purity. Take every demonic thought captive by silencing the voice of the enemy every time you hear him. Then listen to the Lord and Holy Spirit and be open to what you hear.
