CAN YOU BE MARRIED TO A CHRISTIAN AND OUT OF GOD’S WILL?

The spirit of Jezebel wants to stop you from walking in your calling in the Lord. Jezebel wants to act like a Christian and get you to marry them but then cause you to submit to them and not the Lord. Jezebel (who will affect both women and men) ultimately wants to stop you from serving the Lord and wants to hinder you from walking in your anointing of the Lord.

Kathryn Kuhlman was one of the most anointed women in world history and used by the Lord in over 2 million healings throughout her ministry. Early in her ministry she married a Texas evangelist named Burroughs Waltrip. Many people warned her not to marry him.

Following her marriage, invitations to minister for her vanished, and her ministry effectively collapsed. She lost her previous standing and faced intense scrutiny from other ministers and the public. Reports indicated that she spent her years with Waltrip in misery, often seen crying at the altar while he preached.

Kuhlman later referred to this period as a time when she was out of God’s will, viewing the marriage as a mistake that separated her from her divine purpose. Finally after 8 years of no peace in her marriage she separated from him which then eventually led to a divorce. Then she was used greatly by the Lord in the lives of millions to be healed as her anointing from the Lord was very strong and she was back in the perfect will of God.

In Acts 5:1-11 Sapphira submitted to her husband Ananias who caused her to lie to the Holy Spirit and Peter which caused her to die. The Lord is separating the wheat from the tares.

So understand that we cannot make an idol of a spouse or anyone who tries to hinder us from the calling of the Lord, even if they call themselves a Christian and attend church regularly. Satan will use the Jezebellic spouse to control and manipulate you into bowing down to them instead of obeying the Lord.

You need to tell your controlling and manipulative spouse that they need to pursue getting their soul wounds healed, forgiving everyone, repenting for their pride and sin, commanding their demons to leave so you can stay in a healthy marriage and both serve the Lord. If the Jezebellic spouse refuses to get healed and delivered and changed then the Lord will confirm when it’s time to separate from them. The same thing applies to any pastor or church leader who operates in the spirit of Jezebel. Give them time to repent and change but if they refuse then give them to the Lord and get away so you can serve the Lord and walk in your calling and anointing.
