HOW JESUS DEALT WITH NARCISSISTS

Jesus didn’t allow the narcissistic Jezebellic Pharisees to manipulate Him, or let their guilt control him or seek their approval. Jesus refused to allow the Pharisees to play mind games with Him.

Matthew 22:18

“But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, “Why do you test Me, you hypocrites?”

He didn’t let them trap Him in their games. He called out their deceit for what it was.

He didn’t let them guilt trap Him.

Luke 13:31-33

“On that very day some Pharisees came, saying to Him, “Get out and depart from here, for Herod wants to kill You.” And Jesus said to them, “Go, tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.’ Nevertheless I must journey today, tomorrow, and the day following; for it cannot be that a prophet should perish outside of Jerusalem.”

When the Pharisees tried to intimidate Him, Jesus refused to comply. He stayed calm and refused to let fear or manipulation control Him. Jesus refused to waste time arguing with them.

Matthew 21:27

“So they answered Jesus and said, “We do not know.” And He said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”

Silence is often the best response. Refuse to let narcissists control you. Jesus walked away from narcissists.

Matthew 15:12-14

“Then His disciples came and said to Him, “Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?” But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted. Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.””

Jesus didn’t chase toxic demonic people who didn’t want to change and only wanted to argue and torment him and waste His time. He walked away from them and went to those who actually wanted to be healed or delivered. Real love never tolerates manipulation. It provides and protects. Love doesn’t tolerate abuse. It chooses truth and peace. ‭

Rev 2:20-23

“Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.”
