The Lord told me this morning that it is time to no longer be on the defensive with the enemy but to go on the offensive.  When we are in a defensive position in sports we are trying to survive an attack and cover ourselves up for protection.  I have been staying at a home near San Antonio this weekend and watched a UFC fighter on TV who was retreating and trying to block the punches and kicks from his attacker.  It was very sad as he fell to the ground and was being punched several times before the official called the fight and gave the match to the victor. The Lord showed me today that He wants us to be the aggressor when it comes to the enemy and to cause him to cower and fall down until the fight is called and you are rewarded the victory. So just how do we do that? I am hearing many testimonies around the world of people who are getting delivered from the hardest spirits on earth, Jezebel and Leviathan.  As more and more people become aware of what the characteristics and behaviors are of those spirits, then more people who operate in them cannot hide in their secrecy and continue to torment others.  More people ultimately become freed.  There are two types of people that I have observed who have those spirits:  Those who deny that they have the spirits at all who have them at a very strong level and resist getting set free and those who want to be set free of whatever is holding them back and then get freed. So what are the common behaviors that people who have endured this type of life in youth exhibit towards their spouse, children or others in the work place?  Below is a list of some common traits and, if one is truly honest (and that is the key to this book that the one reading it must be totally honest with themselves), they will probably identify with some or many of them.  The more of the pain that they have endured in their life from a father that was overly controlling, rejecting, and hurtful or a mother that was void of unconditional love the more of the behaviors they will exhibit. The more behavior traits that they exhibit the stronger the enemy spirit’s control of them will be and the harder it will be for them to admit they may have an underlying issue and the more challenging it will be for them to get free from the unhealthy control of the enemy.  There is a continuum and some may only exhibit a few of the behaviors, thus the spirit is not as strong upon them although it could still be present and active.  If they exhibit many or most of…

When young people decide that they want to be married they do not often think anything about how their pasts will affect their future.  They fall “in love” with a person and allow their emotions to drive their desires and before they know it they are making life-affecting decisions based upon a few months or year or two of “dating” when people try to put on a front of who they believe the other person wants them to be.  They feel “in love” and totally throw out the window all common sense and any possible hint of spiritual discernment.  They let their eyes focus on their mate’s hair, eyes, body, humor, and totally ignore their heart and who they actually are behind closed doors.  They do not see inside their spirit as to whom they are when no one is looking but God. What people do not think about is what happens when a person grows up in a family that has little to no unconditional love and how it may affect a young woman or man for the rest of their lives. Many women have unfortunately decided to get married to a man because they “feel” emotionally attached to someone who is unhealthy or they are growing older and are tired of being alone so will settle for someone less than godly. Then they ignore all of the “red flags” and checks in their spirits.  Many men desire to get married so they can have sex - plain and simple and very fleshly.  But many men who are operating in the spirit of Ahab, unwittingly choose an attractive woman from the physical appearance and then ignore what is inside of the woman’s heart (much pain from feeling ignored, rejected or controlled by their fathers).  Then after they get married they discover that their wife is very controlling, manipulative and verbally abusive and thus causes them to wish they were single and in peace again.  Of course, women can also choose men who are very controlling and abusive and then they set themselves up for disaster as their bodies cannot take constant verbal abuse over and over for years. So many people in the world simply want to be loved unconditionally by another person in a committed marriage for a lifetime.  Unfortunately, most people have been hurt when growing up in their childhoods by fathers or mothers who were not present, distant, unloving, critical, controlling or at the worst case of the spectrum – had abused their children emotionally, physically and even sexually.  Then when the child grew up, he or she heard thoughts in their minds that they thought were their own but were not.  The enemy whispered thoughts into their minds such as “Your father did not love you,” “You cannot trust your father to protect you,” “Your mother wishes you were never born,” “Your father hates you,” “It is all your fault,” “You cannot trust anyone in your life to protect or love you,” etc. The enemy whispered these thoughts to them, causing them to believe that the thoughts they were listening to for a lifetime were the truth.  Therefore, they began to replay those thoughts in their minds thousands of times, over and over their entire life.  They began to reason that they cannot trust anyone else in their lives, and that they must get…

Listed below are some of the more common characteristics of someone who is suffering from the Jezebel spirit: They are usually charismatic in personality and very determined to get work and ministry projects completed no matter what stands in their way. They are natural born leaders that are driven to succeed and accomplish goals at all costs.  If someone tries to steer them off course they will not be persuaded and will remove all obstacles from their path in order to complete the plan.   Will see significant energy bursts yet also feel lethargic at times. When in solitude at the end of the day they feel exhausted and depressed due to all the tormenting thoughts from the enemy. Friends would view them as fun to be around as they are usually full of energy but once they are back home behind closed doors and alone they will feel tired and depleted when their restricted conscience (aka the true Holy Spirit) whispers to them the truth.   Likes to be the center of attention and often times the life of the party – so when they come into a room full of people they love people to gravitate towards them…

God is in the process of exposing all those in His church who have been operating in the Jezebel spirit their entire lives.  He is saying "Enough is enough!"  I am seeing churches all over the world who have reached out to me struggling for keeping people accountable and getting them freed from the spirit of Jezebel as it has been an epidemic of worldwide proportions.  So many who have held leadership positions, worship leaders, associate and assistant pastors, senior pastors and their wives, elders and deacons.  God is saying "You may think you can get away with it in private but I see what you are doing and I will expose you and remove from you the position that you have been operating in as your sins will find you out." My ministry has been receiving more and more desperate calls from people / pastors to help them with people in their churches and ministries who have operated for years / lifetimes in the Jezebel spirit and they are losing their churches and ministries and cities because of it.  No more can we tolerate that spirit.  No more can we turn the other way and hope that it just…

There are so many people in the world who have put their own lives in the hands of their mate to complete them and are missing Christ's mark by a wide margin.  The Lord is calling his men and women to come up to a higher standard of purity, righteousness and walking as a mighty man or woman of valor and to stop lowering their standards to that of their ungodly spouse or future spouse.  God is waking up His people to realize that if you put your faith in a man or woman whose lives are not as they should be, in order to keep you from feeling lonely, then you have already missed the mark.  We should be living a life pleasing to God in all ways, freed from any demons that have a right to torment us, and then we will be healthy to either pick a mate who is also healthy, or if we are already married - to live in obedience to Christ completely.
