Over the past few years I have ministered to thousands of people around the world, of which about 85% have been women.   Women who have grown up with deep father wounds who have developed the Jezebel spirit causing them to control, manipulate, deceive and destroy their marriages and taint ministries.  While it is my conclusion that more women reach out for counsel and help than men, it has also been my observation that when i do have a man who reaches out to me who is operating under the Jezebel spirit, that their wives often times are dealing with sickness in their bodies, and some sometimes even die in their 40's and 50's.  Why is that? When men operate in the Jezebel spirit, they (like women) are very controlling and manipulative with their words.  Women are meant to be cherished, loved and treasured by men who were created to be their protectors and knights in shining armor.  When a man verbally tears them down, berates them, every day for months and years, it takes a severe toll on the health of their wives.  Many have kept it a secret for years and sometimes their entire marriages over decades.  Ultimately…

I have ministered to thousands around the world who have struggled with the Jezebel spirit.  The Jezebel spirit causes people to behave very controlling, manipulatively, deceiving, and usually sexually selfishly in order to get their own way or in a perverted way.  By the time they come to me, most of them truly want help and within an hour they understand how they got the spirit (through deep father wounds and sometimes extreme mother wounds), and then I lead them through powerfully anointed prayers and the spirit leaves them and they feel amazing instantly for the first time in their life. But about 10-15% of the time, they do not want that familiar spirit to go, and so it will not have to go.  For you see, only the person that operates in that spirit has the right to command the spirit to be gone.  They have free will and if they desire to keep that spirit, it doesn't matter what words they speak from a book, the spirit knows they can stay if they do not truly mean it with their entire heart.  And then what happens is that they usually get worse in their desire to control their…

Over the last few years I have ministered to thousands around the world who have been operating in the Jezebel and Leviathan spirits.  One observation that I have made is that the large majority of them would be considered to be physically attractive, both women and men.  When a person looks beautiful or handsome, they are are often able to get others to do what they want much more easily.  They also are usually very charismatic and outgoing, natural born leaders and people draw to them. But what happens to those that host the Jezebel and Leviathan spirits, is that their hearts are unfortunately being used by the enemy in very evil ways.  Those who are married to them, see the other side and their physical beauty becomes a facade of evilness and hypocritical behavior behind closed doors.  All the words of control, manipulation, emotional abuse and even physical or sexual abuse, far outweigh the attractiveness of their face.  Because their face contains their mouth which spews forth all kinds of evil which does not align with whom they are trying to portray with their outward public appearance. There is often a misconception of someone that is operating in the Jezebel spirit.  Many believe that the person is only a woman and is very sexually seductive.  While some that are afflicted by that spirit are very overtly driven by their sexuality in order to gain power over a man in ministry, there are far more that are operating in the spirit in a much more subtle, less obvious way.  And while the Jezebel spirit affects a higher percentage of women than men, men also operate in it as well and are just as deceptive and their verbal assaults are even more intimidating. A person that is tormented by the Jezebel and Leviathan spirits typically grow up with the lack of true, unconditional love from their fathers.  They can also have an extremely controlling and manipulative mother.  Usually their fathers are busy, therefore do not spend much time with them, are controlling, critical and their child does not feel like they can just be themselves around them.  In the more extreme cases - their fathers are emotionally harsh, and can even be physically or sexually abusive. When people choose to allow the Jezebel spirit to operate in their lives or tolerate people that have it in their church, they do not realize just how serious business this is with God.    Revelation Ch 2:20-23 says "20 Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. 22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. 23 I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works." I know of a church whose senior pastor allowed a woman who had an extremely strong Jezebel spirit to attend his church.  He even encouraged her to divorce her husband who she had abused her entire marriage (which was her 4th divorce).  He would not even…

Do you know of anyone that complains often about other people, their circumstances or life in general?  What does it feel like to be the recipient of those words of complaint?  Do you feel like you just got slimed and your joy has turned to sadness? So many people in this world (Christians included) complain about everything and when the words are spoken, the enemy has the right to taint all that are within earshot. So what does the Bible say about complaining?  Does it improve your life when expressing your frustrations to others?  Do you feel like you got a weight lifted off your shoulders, or do you feel just as heavy and clouded as ever? Unfortunately we are called to never complain about anything, to anyone, but rather to give all our cares of this world to the Lord.  Suffering as unto the Lord will be honored by God, as long as we do not complain along the way, or else you could stay in that season a whole lot longer than you bargained for.  Think about the Israelites and how much they complained after the Lord rescued them from the Egyptians as they had to wander in…

2 Timothy 2:23-24 says "23 But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. 24 And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient"  So many people (let alone Christians) strive about everything.  They simply do not know how to control their tongues from speaking words of strife.  And striving is not just about arguing with another person, although many times is often a big part of a person's life. Striving can also be about getting into worry, fear, anxiety, frustration, anger, taking an offense, etc.  Anything that causes a person to not be at peace is always the enemy.  Circumstances that appear to be a certain way cause people to lose their peace, instead of declaring how they want it to change and then thanking the Lord until it manifests in the future.  Unfortunately those in the church are not much better then those in the world when it comes to truly walking in the Spirit. So how does one change their life to stop striving so much?  It is a process of renewing one's mind from the things of their past to the things of the Lord.…

It has been more than 2 years that I have walked in peace every day, and it feels amazing.  From the time I was about 30 years old until I was 48, I endured some extreme circumstances while living with people who were affected by the enemy in extreme ways.  The latter 6 years was the most intense season of enemy torment that I had ever envisioned having to endure.  It pressed me to the edge of my ability to live a semi-normal state.  And I was not allowed by God to tell anyone what I was going through until He released me from my assignment. In 2 Kings 9:22-23 Joram asks Jehu "Is it peace, Jehu?" and Jehu responded "What peace, as long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?"  For anyone that is married to a person operating in the Jezebel spririt, you know what I am talking about.  They are never at peace, striving to get their way at all costs.  If they don't get their way in everything, they will make your life hell in order to make you change your mind.  If you are a pastor of a church or leader of a ministry you will become weary and worn out as they will manipulate to get their own way over others. Unfortunately so many marriages and ministries are being torn apart because of the spirit of Jezebel which cause strife constantly.  The spirit of Jezebel comes on a person who grows up with significant father wounds (and sometimes a mother who is extremely controlling and manipulative).  When a child feels rejected, controlled, manipulated or worse from a father, the enemy starts to whisper to them that they cannot be protected or trust their father and so need to control all their circumstances.  Then later…

Yesterday was an amazing day for me at Restored to Freedom.  I was able to chat with people from Texas, New Jersey, Germany, Barbados, California and Indiana.  All from the comfort of my home office.  It is so exciting to see what the Lord is doing around the world in getting people set free from the enemy in their lives in order to live a more peaceful life.  When people are ready to get their lives free from the enemy hurting them after sometimes 40, 60, 70 even 85 years of bondage, it is a most beautiful thing.
