WHEN WE ARE HEALED & DELIVERED SIN BECOMES RARE IN OUR LIVES When we are healed from our soul wounds of our past and have forgiven everyone who has hurt us, repented for our pride and sin, delivered from demonic strongholds then sin becomes rare in our lives. THE PROCESS OF SANCTIFICATION The process of sanctification could take a person years depending on how long they want to be in control of their life versus giving their life to Christ. Many Christians just go through the formality of “asking Jesus to come into their hearts” but stop there and never truly forgive all who hurt them nor repent “change” from living a life full of sin to one that resembles how Jesus lived. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRUE VS FALSE REPENTANCE When people continue to live in sin after they have repented for sin indicates what their true freewill wants as they simply do not truly want to change from their sin. Many take God’s grace for granted as they believe they can continue to live a sin filled life and not have any consequences for it. That is not true. Habitual sin will have consequences and then God’s grace will eventually run out. SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD Sin is a huge issue with Christians in the church today. Most have little to no conviction for sinning and believe God’s gift of grace allows them to live like the world with no consequences in their daily walk or potentially costing them their salvation when they die. They believe they don’t need to be obedient to what is written in the Bible. More than half of all pastors look at porn every month. Jesus said when a man lusts after a woman in his heart that he has committed adultery with her in Matthew 5:27-28. Sin matters. ARE YOU LIVING A LUKEWARM OR RIGHTEOUS LIFE FOR JESUS? Most people who are church attenders today would fall into the category of the Lukewarm church according to Revelation 3:14-22.   ARE YOU CONVICTED WHEN YOU SIN? The majority of all Christians have bought into the lies that grace covers their sins so that they can still get into heaven while sinning like the world. There are many ways that Christians tolerate sin in their lives.  Most struggle due to being hurt growing up – a parent, step-parent, other relative, sibling, neighbors, kids at school, teachers, church people, etc.   When we are hurt emotionally, verbally, physically or sexually we will hear demonic voices in our heads telling us not to trust anyone, having thoughts of anger or bitterness for those who hurt us, wanting to get back at people, being sad for all the injustices. Thus forgiveness is imperative in order to take away the legal rights of the demons so you can command them to go from you so you can have more peaceful thoughts and fruit of the spirit. When we grow up we will receive various wounds to our soul (our mind, will and emotions) from people such as our father, mother, step parents, grand-parents, relatives, siblings, neighbors, church people, law enforcement, etc.  We all receive wounds as some get hurt in smaller ways (negative words, ungodly behaviors, pornography, incest, etc.) and some in much larger ways (sexually molested or raped, physical abuse, being yelled or screamed at).  When we get wounded we will then have thoughts of our own but also thoughts from demons who will chime in to make sure you have some anger and bitterness develop towards those who hurt you.  The demons know that when you have bitterness develop that they will have legal rights to speak to you and then hurt you and cause you to have all kinds of issues with your relationships (spouse and children and others) and physical issues in your body (sickness and diseases).  Demons will tempt you to sin so you will get hurt more and develop various addictions (alcohol, drugs, smoking, sex, etc) and then make decisions that are to your detriment.  Pride will also have legal rights to enter you (the spirit of Leviathan in Job…
